• The final list of selected students will be put in the school office. Parents have to collect the selection letter from the school office in the same day of declaration of the result
  • The admission formalities will be intimated to the parent/s guardian of the selected candidate along with the payment slip. The admission fees is to be deposited by the date mentioned in the selection letter and feeslip.
  • The requisite documents mentioned in the selection letter along with a photocopy of the fee slip must be submitted within the specified data for securing admission.
  • It is mandatory for all students from class I onwards to submit the Transfer certificate and report card/mark sheet from the last school attended by them. No student will be admitted to the school without the submission of an official transfer certificate from the institution last attended. The student will not be placed in a class higher than that for which the transfer certificate qualifies him/her.
  • The management, acting as the managing council, reserves the right to have the final word in all matters related to the admission procedure.

Documents required at the time of admission:

  • Original School Leaving Certificate.
  • Attested photocopy of the report card of previous class (if required).
  • 6 Passport size photographs of the Child.
  • 2 Passport size photographs of each parent.
  • 2 Passport size photograph of parent / attendant responsible for collecting the child.
  • Original Date of Birth Certificate with one photocopy.
  • Original Proof of Residence with one photocopy.
  • Photo ID proof of the parents.
  • Cheque / DD for fees – as per fee schedule.
  • Any other document informed / required by School.
