Saamarthya- Unleashing the Talent Manifold beholding its true meaning i.e. potential to unleash, unravel, high spirit and sportsmanship, Emerald International School, Faridabad celebrated its Annual Sports Day on February 11th February 2023. Each and every Emeraldite was looking forward to this day with great enthusiasm. The event was graced by the presence of our Chief Guest, Mr Raj Kumar Singh, District Forest Officer and our Guest of Honour, Mr. Giriraj Singh. The day was organised to celebrate the month-long sports events included various athletics events and sports. The event started with Saraswati Vandana. Students showcased their talents through Saree Drill, Hula Hoop & Ring Drill. The Aerobics Yoga and Karate presentations stole the show. The audience could not stop applauding the mesmerizing acts of Pre – Primary children and kept on motivating the students during these acts. They appreciated the efforts of the school for organising such a diverse and glorious event. The ceremony ended with vote of thanks followed by National Anthem.

In order to encourage experiential learning a visit was arranged to Sarvodaya Hospital, Faridabad for the students of Emerald International School. A demo session was arranged for the students to create awareness on life saving techniques.

Orange colour activity was conducted by the students of class-LKG on 16th July,2020.Students were very excited to discover a new colour by mixing two different colours. The experience was mesmerizing for the tiny -tots.

Janamashtami was celebrated by the students of class LKG & UKG on 10th August, 2020 with full enthusiasm. Students were very excited and dressed up as Krishna and Radha. A small activity of matki decoration was done by the tiny-tots. They danced and enjoyed a lot. A short movie on ‘Krishna’ was shown to them.

Handwriting is an essential skill for children. Practicing handwriting is an incredibly important exercise for children, enabling them to develop fine motor skills and confidence. For this, the students of grades 1 & 2 enthusiastically participated in an Online English handwriting competition which was conducted on 23rd July, 2020.

Ear-bud painting was done by the students of Class LKG on 28th July, 2020.The children enjoyed this activity and were very excited while dipping ear bud in different colours and paint on different pictures. This activity helps to develop their eye-hand co-ordination and fine motor skills. All the tiny-tots participated with great enthusiasm.

“Cotton dabbing activity ” for the students of class-UKG was conducted on 23rd July ,2020.The children enjoyed the cotton dabbing with purple colour on the image of brinjal. This activity helps to develop their eye-hand co-ordination and fine motor skills. Students were excited to dab cotton on the image.
